Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging from $100 to $100,000 in size.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Uphold the company’s values of teamwork, ownership, and client-first service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; 5+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
