Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused P&C Service Representative to join a team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Property & Casualty insurance policies.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and proactively offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in claims reporting and follow-up on the status of claims to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and compliance regulations to effectively guide clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, including policy details, communications, and updates in the system.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry with a focus on Property & Casualty.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflicts or challenging client situations effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential client information.
