P&C Service Representative
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Property & Casualty insurance policies.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and proactively offering tailored solutions.
- Manage and retain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist clients in claims reporting and follow-up on the status of claims to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and compliance regulations to effectively guide clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, including policy details, communications, and updates in the system.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry with a focus on Property & Casualty.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and services is a plus.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflicts or challenging client situations effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential client information.
