Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to managing and expanding a portfolio of middle-market and large commercial clients, with a particular emphasis on property and real estate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to handle complex property risk placements.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, place, and execute complex property insurance and risk management programs for middle-market and large commercial clients.
- Serve as the senior client relationship manager, offering strategic consultation, coverage design, benchmarking, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with producers, practice leaders, and carrier partners to develop innovative insurance solutions and optimize market leverage.
- Oversee renewal and new business strategies, including market selection, submission preparation, negotiation, and finalizing program structures.
- Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for account management teams, ensuring high service standards and technical excellence.
- Provide executive-level claims advocacy, coverage consultation, and exposure analysis.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of property market trends, underwriting appetites, and emerging risks.
- Drive account growth through cross-selling initiatives and consultative risk management strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, with a strong focus on complex property risk placement.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, sophisticated middle-market and national accounts.
- Advanced technical expertise in commercial property coverage, policy forms, catastrophe modeling, and risk analytics.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively advise C-suite executives and senior risk leaders.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
