Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and well-established team. Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality support.
- Handle a consistent volume of renewals while maintaining strong attention to detail and service standards.
- Partner with producers to support both new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate account documentation using agency management software.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to support relationship development and service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Experience with agency management software; familiarity with AMS360 is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant industry designations are a plus but not required.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (up to $100,000 for highly qualified candidates)
