Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a middle-market book of business, primarily focused on the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in commercial account management, a proactive approach to client servicing, and a passion for marketing new business opportunities.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a middle-market book of business with accounts averaging $150,000 in premium, up to $1 million.
- Handle a variety of account types, including General Liability, Ocean Marine, Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), Property, and Auto.
- Market new business opportunities and work closely with carriers to secure optimal solutions for clients.
- Oversee client renewals and ensure seamless account transitions.
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
- Attend industry tradeshows as needed to represent the company and build relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in commercial account management (candidates with 15+ years may be considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning.
