Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $48,000 - $68,000 annually
    • Candidates with stronger experience may qualify for the higher end of the range.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available.

Responsibilities

  • Process endorsements and driver changes.
  • Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews.
  • Provide general account servicing support.
  • Assist with Employee Benefits servicing as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an independent agency.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Life & Health License preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
