Compensation Package
- Annual Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (flexible based on experience) + commission potential

Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance policy renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.
- Adapt quickly to new processes and contribute to the growth of the office.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is required (any lines of insurance are acceptable; Property & Casualty preferred).
- Active insurance license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal training and supervision.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a busy and evolving work environment.
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a smaller or newer office setting.
