Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and develop a book of business from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in commercial lines insurance and your ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and referral networks. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a hunger for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Compensation Structure: Non-recoverable draw with a 40/25 commission split after validation. Open to discussing salary/draw options.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow a book of business from scratch, focusing on middle-market and above accounts (preferably $50,000 in premium and up).
- Develop and maintain a robust referral network and centers of influence to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless quoting and renewal processes, assisting as needed.
- Leverage your expertise in commercial lines insurance to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Actively contribute to the team-oriented and collaborative culture of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required for commercial lines.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years of commercial lines insurance knowledge.
- Preferred 3+ years of commercial sales experience.
- Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in middle-market accounts or niche verticals are highly desirable. Captive insurance experience is also considered.
