Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a small, dynamic team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite to start, with the potential for a hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote per week) after training.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required, approximately once every other month for open enrollment meetings or client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 15 self-funded accounts, with group sizes ranging from 50 to 2,000 lives.
  • Provide consultative support to clients, including compliance guidance, claims resolution, and assistance with RFPs.
  • Coordinate and lead enrollment meetings, implementation processes, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Quote and manage new and renewal business opportunities.
  • Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
  • Travel as needed for client visits and open enrollment meetings.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, preferably in an agency or employer setting.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Employee Navigator or similar software is preferred.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
