Job Title: Senior Commercial Lines Producer/Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Producer or Sales Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a P&C Producer to cross sell on an existing 7 figure book as well as a blank canvas for P&C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a proven track record of sales success, and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape within the I-90 corridor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of commercial clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship building
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts and coverage terms with carriers
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Mentor and support junior producers, fostering a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial insurance sales, specifically within the I-90 corridor in Upstate New York
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
- Experience with agency management systems and CRM tools
