Personal Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role involves managing personal lines accounts from A-Z, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the growth of the business through cross-selling opportunities.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $25,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
- Bonuses:
- $25 per cross-sell
- Annual Christmas bonus equivalent to one full paycheck

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage and contribute to business growth.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Participate in an in-person interview and an insurance knowledge test as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those from captive agencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible by 30 minutes to 1 hour).
- Personal Attributes: Strong work history, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
