Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a Colorado Springs-based book of business, including generalist accounts, construction, contractors, and more.
- Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Protect the best interests of both clients and partners by delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong potential will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a bonus.
