Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in developing tailored insurance programs, maintaining client relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided upon request)
- Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
- Training: Structured 13-week training program
- Start Date: Targeting July start date
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assist clients in developing insurance programs tailored to their unique business needs, including endorsements, audits, and renewals.
- Provide proactive insights to clients on available coverages, compliance updates, and risk management strategies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with insurance carriers to ensure competitive pricing, coverage, and policy options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage claims processes and address client queries promptly.
- Review and analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand the value and coverage portfolio of existing accounts.
- Stay informed on trends and developments in the commercial insurance industry to better serve clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years managing commercial lines accounts from start to finish.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
