Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management, a proactive approach to handling client needs, and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability coverage
Responsibilities
- Manage a $3-4 million book of business, handling accounts with premiums ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.
- Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy servicing, and addressing client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle a variety of account types, including but not limited to restaurants, contractors, and general commercial accounts (excluding trucking).
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a proven ability to manage accounts independently.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing accounts without additional CSR support.
- Location: Must reside in Virginia, with a preference for candidates located closer to the office.
