Client Manager, Employee Benefits (Remote)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Manager, Employee Benefits to join a team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to both small and large group clients, ensuring their employee benefits programs are effectively managed and optimized. This position requires a proactive professional with a strong background in employee benefits and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities
As a Client Manager, Employee Benefits, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to design and implement employee benefits plans tailored to their needs.
- Developing and executing renewal strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting renewal and open enrollment meetings to educate clients and their employees on benefits options.
- Creating and distributing enrollment materials to facilitate a seamless enrollment process.
- Processing carrier changes and ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Assisting clients with claims issues, providing guidance and resolution support.
- Utilizing systems such as Applied Epic, Applied Benefits Designer, and Employee Navigator to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits, with a proven track record of managing client accounts.
- Possession of a valid Michigan Life & Health License (required).
- Proficiency in using systems such as Applied Epic, Applied Benefits Designer, and Employee Navigator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
