Bilingual Spanish PLAM/Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM)/Inside Sales Representative to join a small, family-oriented team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in personal lines (PL) or commercial lines (CL) insurance, who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will play a key role in servicing our clients and growing our business by managing accounts, handling policy changes, and generating new sales opportunities.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (capped)
- Incentives:
- 3% commission on new business
- 3% commission on renewals

Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and renters insurance, with an average premium of $2,000 (up to $10,000).
- Handle all aspects of policy servicing, including policy changes, quoting, endorsements, and binding.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including taking inbound calls, cold calling, and rounding out accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs and agency goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. If not currently licensed, must obtain licensure immediately upon hire.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to seasoned professionals. Candidates with captive insurance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance software (experience with Special Agent is a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
