Commercial Lines Producer - Inside Sales
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer - Inside Sales to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for experienced insurance professionals to leverage their expertise in account management, risk assessment, and client advising while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Commercial Lines Producer, will be the initial point of contact for inbound leads provided by the company, helping clients with policy sourcing, risk evaluation, and account management.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $110,000 annually
- Commission: 7.5% on all new business revenue
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided during the interview process)
- Training: 15-week training program with the opportunity to test out early
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for inbound leads provided by the company.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Source and place policies that meet client needs and ensure compliance.
- Advise clients on coverage options and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and adapt to a dynamic, startup environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry, with experience in account management, producing, or placement/marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a significant advantage. Experience with Salesforce is also preferred.
