Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager (AM) or Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a boutique agency. The ideal candidate will either support a Account Managers (CSR role) or manage a portfolio of clients (AM role), depending on their experience and expertise.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Entry-level candidates with no licenses may start at $42,000.
- Highly skilled Account Managers with 2-5 years of experience can expect $55,000 - $75,000, with potential for upward movement and bonus commissions.

Responsibilities
For Customer Service Representative (CSR):
- Provide support to Account Managers by handling client calls and inquiries.
- Process documents and assist with renewals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
For Account Manager (AM):
- Manage a book of 30-50 group accounts (20-200 group lives).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Handle renewals, service requests, and client communications.
- Collaborate with senior Account Managers on new business quotes.
- Potentially participate in client visits and meetings.
- Leverage self-funding experience to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
For Customer Service Representative (CSR):
- No specific experience required, but prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
