Seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Retail Insurance Producer to join a growing insurance organization. The Retail Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and growing a profitable book of business. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify and manage risk through customized insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and direct prospecting efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.

Develop and execute strategies to grow a profitable book of business.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver exceptional service and support.

Cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve production goals.

Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings.

Establish and maintain long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or business development.

Experience in Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, or related insurance disciplines preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business opportunities.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and manage a personal book of business.

Stable career history with a track record of professional growth.

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license and/or an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license, as applicable to the line of business.
Compensation Package

40% commission on the first tier of annual revenue generated.
