Personal Lines Account Manager Team Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager Team Lead to join a growing team. This role has been created to support our recent acquisition and the expansion of our personal lines book of business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a laid-back, results-driven environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Work Environment: Fully in-office role with a supportive and collaborative culture

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the personal lines team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Oversee the servicing of personal lines accounts, including quoting, renewals, and policy changes
  • Handle a range of accounts, primarily standard personal lines, with some exposure to high-net-worth clients
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager to align team goals with overall agency objectives
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active 2-20 or 20-44 license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of success
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office; relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate
