Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in servicing existing accounts and generating new business. The position offers flexibility with remote work options, requiring occasional in-office meetings (approximately once a month or as needed) and will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts while contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business, including contractors, construction, landlords, strip malls, restaurants, and more, with account sizes ranging from $25K to $200K.
  • Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including CSRs and producers, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Proven ability to service a book of business and generate new business opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
  • Location: Must be based in the Philadelphia, Montgomery, or Bucks County area.
  • Work Arrangement: Remote work is acceptable, with the ability to attend in-office meetings at least once a month or as needed.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
