Claims Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Account Executive to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 4-5 days per week in the Quarry Lake office in Baltimore County or the Greenbelt office
• Travel: Occasional travel (<15%) for off-site team meetings, client meetings, site visits, and conferences

Responsibilities

• Handle general claim reporting for auto, property, general liability, and workers' compensation claims
• Conduct investigations and participate in reserve discussions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient claims processing
• Maintain accurate and organized records of claims
• Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation, property, and general liability claims (2+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Applied EPIC software is a plus
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Other Requirements:
  • Open to candidates with agency experience; carrier experience will be considered if relevant to property and casualty claims
