Seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits (EB) Producer to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually.
- Commission: 40% on new business and 30% on renewals.
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.
- Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, or remote) based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and secure new business opportunities in the employee benefits sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage accounts ranging from 22 to 200 lives, with varying account sizes and policies.
- Collaborate with branch managers and other team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Travel to meet with clients as needed to provide personalized service and support.
- Participate in a structured onboarding and training program to ensure success in the role.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Work Environment: Newer producers are expected to work onsite, while seasoned professionals may have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
