Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits (EB) Producer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually.
  • Commission: 40% on new business and 30% on renewals.
  • Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.
  • Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, or remote) based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities in the employee benefits sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage accounts ranging from 22 to 200 lives, with varying account sizes and policies.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and other team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Travel to meet with clients as needed to provide personalized service and support.
  • Participate in a structured onboarding and training program to ensure success in the role.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Work Environment: Newer producers are expected to work onsite, while seasoned professionals may have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
