Insurance Sales Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join a team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the insurance industry to provide exceptional service to a valued customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and selling personal lines insurance products while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days a week with mileage reimbursement for travel to alternate office locations.
Compensation Package
- Starting Pay: $21.49/hour with a lower commission structure.
- Post-Ramp-Up Pay: $19.85/hour with increased commission potential.

Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through various channels, including member base, walk-ins, phone, internet, and networking.
- Actively maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and track activity.
- Meet or exceed key performance goals, including achieving a 33% closing rate.
- Provide quotes and sell personal lines insurance products while educating customers on their options.
- Collaborate with Client Service Agents to support complex service needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across the organization’s products and services.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in the insurance industry.
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to multiple office locations as needed.
