Personal Lines Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established agency specializing in homeowners and other personal lines insurance.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year
- Commission Potential: Additional earning opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address their insurance needs.
- Focus on selling homeowners and other personal lines insurance policies.
- Work with a quoting team to finalize quotes before presenting them to clients.
- Pass off sold accounts to the appropriate team for ongoing management.
- Maintain a professional and organized approach to daily tasks and client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Must hold a valid 440, 2044, or 220 insurance license.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in homeowners insurance.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary software systems.
- Work Environment: Fully onsite.
