Job Summary:
The Insurance Consultant provides expert guidance to clients on insurance products and risk management strategies. This role assesses clients’ needs, recommends appropriate coverage, and supports them in making informed decisions to protect their assets and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and risk exposures
- Recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including property, casualty, life, and specialty products
- Prepare and present proposals and coverage options to clients
- Assist clients with policy selection, renewals, and claims support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other industry professionals as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance consulting, brokerage, or risk management preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage, and policy structures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations
- Insurance license preferred (Property & Casualty)
