Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager / Executive to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, primarily transitioned from a senior team member’s book of business
- Handle end-to-end account management, with 85–90% of responsibilities focused on service work
- Conduct renewal remarketing and assist with new business marketing as needed
- Collaborate with the team in a highly interactive and supportive environment
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is strongly preferred; basic proficiency in Word and Excel is required
- Account Size Experience: Familiarity with managing accounts ranging from $50,000 to $400,000 in size
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
