Job Summary

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high-growth, venture-backed third-party claims administrator focused on modernizing the insurance industry through automation, AI, and operational innovation.

This role offers the opportunity to build and shape the internal talent acquisition function while partnering closely with leadership during a critical phase of company growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and can balance strategy with hands-on execution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business functions, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with external agencies and recruiting resources when appropriate.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and identify high-potential candidates before active hiring needs arise.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring expectations, and maintain a high hiring standard.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advise leadership on compensation trends, hiring market conditions, organizational structure, and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Maintain efficient recruiting workflows and drive process improvements as the company scales.
  • Support hiring initiatives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience within the insurance industry.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative guidance to leadership.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt within evolving environments.
  • Experience working within startup, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments preferred.

 

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
