Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually,

Responsibilities
- Manage and process 80-100 commercial lines renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless handling of client accounts.
- Review and analyze policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide updates, and resolve any issues related to renewals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all renewal activities and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and policies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple renewals simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
