Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in personal and/or commercial lines of insurance who is looking to grow within a supportive and tight-knit company.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually
  • 401(k) Plan

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal lines accounts, including standard personal lines policies
  • Handle endorsements and process policy changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
