Licensed Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Compensation Package

• Hourly Rate: $18–$20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in personal lines insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Sales experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong drive to succeed are encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.

Training and Onboarding

• Comprehensive training program lasting approximately 30 days, led by an experienced trainer.
• Onboarding includes a background check and completion of the required process to gain access to systems and equipment.
