Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Client Executive to join a growing team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines clients, ensuring accounts are managed with the highest level of professionalism and care. Utilizing exceptional account management skills, the role involves developing strong relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and supporting clients in achieving their business objectives. This is a collaborative and strategic role requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and commercial clients, effectively managing accounts and addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, customize, and deliver insurance solutions aligned with client business goals.
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by building trust through proactive communication and delivering exceptional service.
- Monitor policy renewals and ensure coverage is accurately updated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate servicing activities like claims management, billing support, and endorsements.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to address clients’ evolving needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients are compliant.
- Promptly and professionally resolve escalated client issues.
- Represent the organization at networking events and industry associations to promote partnerships and visibility.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience is also considered.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance lines, policies, and risk management practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to addressing client challenges.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and an aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also performing effectively as an independent contributor.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC) are a plus.
