Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 in premium size
  • Oversee the renewal process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with support staff for certificates, claims, policy checking, and endorsement processing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Sagitta software system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of solid commercial insurance experience (10+ years preferred)
    • Experience managing accounts from start to finish (A-Z) is highly desirable
    • Familiarity with contractors, equipment, oil & gas, distributors, manufacturers, transportation, heavy equipment, and related industries is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred
