Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. In this role, you will independently lead client service activities, manage a book of business, and deliver renewal messaging to clients. You will utilize your deep understanding of insurance markets and coverages to make informed recommendations and execute service plans. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Must hold a valid state Property & Casualty insurance license.
Essential Skills/Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, charts, and tables), Word, and other MS Office products.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
- Experience with agency management systems and carrier sites.
- Strong customer service skills with a hands-on, personal approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build trust with peers.
- In-depth understanding of client requirements, market trends, and industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex situations.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
