Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Working under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate account details, processing policy information, and assisting with client communications.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $51,400 to $63,400 annually (depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs).

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC for efficient record-keeping.
• Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, such as BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
• Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
• Create and assign activities in EPIC to relevant team members.
• Order and manage loss runs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must possess or obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
