Location: NYC Metro Area
Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
License: P&C experience preferred; licensing sponsorship available.

Our client is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Private Client Producer to join their growing team in the NYC metro area. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Consult with clients to understand their personal insurance and risk management needs
  • Present tailored solutions for high-value homes, autos, valuables, umbrella coverage, and more
  • Work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the sales process
  • Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training and mentorship

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially
  • Interest in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
