Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and polished team. This role involves managing a robust book of business, primarily focused on mid-to-large market accounts in the real estate and construction sectors.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with revenue ranging from $500,000 to $600,000.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including marketing new and renewal business.
- Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional service to clients in the real estate and construction industries.
- Utilize technology effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proven expertise in managing mid-to-large market accounts, particularly in real estate and construction.
- Strong marketing skills for both new and renewal business.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
