Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and cross-selling opportunities. Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized commercial accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business (25% new, 75% renewal).
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain organized and accurate records using agency management software (EPIC experience preferred).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: P&C license required; CISR, CIC, CLCS, and CPCU preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience managing mid-to-large-sized commercial accounts. Generalist experience is required; niche expertise is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in EPIC software (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Driven and self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
- Solid understanding of bonding and related processes.
- Education: Relevant certifications and training are highly valued.
