Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a growing team. Licensed in 24 states, offer a wide range of coverage options and specialize in high-net-worth clients and commercial lines.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive and flexible, with a declining salary structure over 3-5 years. Base salaries have started as high as $150,000 for the right candidate.
- Commission: 30/30 commission structure.
- Perks: $500 monthly car allowance, company credit card for expenses, client lunches, and opportunities for unique experiences (e.g., attending events like The Masters).

- Equipment: All necessary equipment provided for remote employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in commercial lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Work with a variety of accounts, including contractors, manufacturing, hospitality, golf courses, medical malpractice, professional liability, directors & officers liability, and large captives.
- Manage accounts with premiums starting at $10,000, ranging from small to large market clients.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings to provide the best solutions for clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial sales experience within an agency setting.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
