Client Advisor
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join a team. As a Client Advisor, you will focus on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and growing your book of business. You will work closely with a team of Client Advisors, Client Executives, and Client Managers to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to medium and large-sized businesses.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business-to-business accounts and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and qualify leads through networking, strategic partnerships, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess client needs, present tailored proposals, and close new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor for their risk management and insurance needs.
- Collaborate with account management colleagues to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Leverage agency management systems, such as AMS360, to manage pipelines and submissions efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Leading insurance designations are a plus.
- Experience: Proven success in B2B "hunter" sales, preferably in commercial lines production. Experience structuring and presenting complex insurance programs is highly desirable.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with leading agency management systems (AMS360 preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
- A business network and a demonstrated ability to build a business clientele.
