Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 40-45 construction accounts, generating approximately $1.2M in revenue.
- Quote and process new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records using AMS 360 and Imageright software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work towards professional designations to enhance industry knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in a similar role (candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and Imageright software.
