Personal Insurance Inside Sales Executive

Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who, along with an understanding of personal insurance, demonstrates clear ability to recognize customer needs and provide guidance in choosing appropriate coverage. 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience working with home, auto, and umbrella coverage, high net worth helpful but not necessary.
• Comfortable calling warm leads and advising customers on coverage options.
• Consultative sales.
• Prior experience in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette. 
• Experience processing applications, quoting, and preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
• Apply problem solving techniques to various issues.
• Ability to work with multiple carriers.
• Carry an active P&C license.
