Commercial Lines Account Assistant
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Lines Account Assistant to join a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Commercial Lines Account Managers, assisting with policy administration, customer service, and various administrative tasks. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience) + profit sharing bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist with policy administration, including policy checking, updates, and renewal reviews.
- Prepare and send customer notifications regarding policy changes and renewals.
- Process certificates of insurance promptly and accurately.
- Handle small bonds and simple account management tasks.
- Assist with claim submissions and follow-ups.
- Provide marketing and documentation support.
- Support Account Managers with administrative duties.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty License preferred (must obtain if not currently licensed).
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with agency management systems, particularly AMS360, is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in insurance are a plus.
