Commercial Lines Account Manager (Korean Speaking)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who is fluent in Korean to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse Korean generalist book of business, with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $500,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a growing and successful organization.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a Korean generalist book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Quote new and renewal business, providing accurate and timely proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in Korean is required.
• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
