Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned producers to service and market business accounts. The accounts primarily consist of contractors, property accounts, and manufacturing clients, with premiums starting at $50,000. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the branch and play a pivotal role in its success.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management from A-Z, including day-to-day customer service and marketing of new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with producers to service their books of business, which include accounts generating $50,000+ in premiums.
- Quote and market new and renewal business.
- Handle a variety of accounts, including contractors, property, and manufacturing clients.
- Support the growth of the branch by assisting with onboarding additional account managers as the office expands.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Education: Relevant educational background preferred but not required.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting with occasional in-office presence.
