Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, quoting, and binding.
- Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, such as auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
- Actively cross-sell, upsell, and round out accounts to meet client needs.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Commerce, Travelers, Hartford, Acadia, Vermont Mutual, and Progressive.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience).
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; must obtain immediately after hire if not already licensed.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software is a plus.
