Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a supportive, laid-back work environment that values work-life balance. As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you will focus exclusively on servicing existing clients, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage and support. This is a full-time position with the potential for a hybrid work schedule after an initial onboarding period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by addressing inquiries, resolving billing questions, and processing policy changes.
- Assist clients in selecting the best carrier options to meet their needs.
- Handle remarketing tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency's systems, including QQ, PL Rater, and Agency Zoom.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude while fostering a team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role; candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with QQ, PL Rater, and Agency Zoom is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, a team-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Work Environment: Initially, this role will require five days in the office. After approximately six months, a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote may be offered, depending on performance and experience.
