Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Manager to join their Financial Services division in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational accuracy, and proactively managing day-to-day activities to support advisor success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients while acting as a trusted partner to advisors. Must be licensed in Series 65 or 66 and in Series 6 or 7. This is a high-AUM book ($500M+) with high-net-worth clientele. Their core services are:

- Annuities – Income-focused financial products, often used for retirement planning
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Maintain and update client accounts, documentation, and agreements within internal systems
- Prepare, process, and follow up on client paperwork, including applications and advisory documentation
- Execute and track money movement requests (ACH, wires, distributions), ensuring accuracy and completion
- Document all client interactions and activities within the CRM system
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations
- Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring alignment on discussion topics and readiness of all materials
- Assist with proposal preparation and client presentations, as needed
- Support retirement plan services, including scheduling education sessions and handling follow-ups
- Generate and distribute client reports and statements on a periodic basis
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations
- Active Series 65 or 66 license required
- Series 6 or 7 license required
- Working knowledge of financial planning and investment concepts preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
