Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of employee benefits accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 lives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business
• Utilize BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software to manage accounts and streamline processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide innovative and forward-thinking solutions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, supportive work environment

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the role
• Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
• Innovative, forward-thinking, and tech-savvy mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible, non-micromanaged environment
• Relevant licenses and designations (preferred)
• Previous experience with accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 lives is a plus
