Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a positive and collaborative environment with a tenured staff. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-market accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers a hybrid work model, with one remote day per week after the training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000 annually, plus cross-selling incentives.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of small to mid-market personal lines accounts.
- Provide end-to-end servicing for clients, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active 2-20 or 20-44 license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with carrier experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
